Want to elevate your home brewing experience, and take your daily cup beyond the pot or the pod? This class is a 2 hour crash course in selecting, grinding, brewing, and enjoying specialty coffee at home. Our head roaster will help define “specialty coffee” and will discuss what equipment is essential and method-specific grinding and brewing parameters. Participants will get hands on experience brewing and tasting 3 different brewing methods, and everyone leaves with an info card with brewing instructions and a bag of coffee to use your new skills.
