Friday, October 6 at 6 pm at our cafe.  It's all vegetarian y'all.

menu:

-pear arugula salad with spiced pecans, dates, Gorgonzola, and a maple-balsamic vinaigrette

 -apple Brie galette with apple butter and micro greens

 -vegetable torte with creamed corn

-dark chocolate truffle with blackberry sauce and nut brittle

New flatbreads!!

We started to make our own chewy, slightly sweet flatbreads recently. We are currently rocking 3 choices on the menu: 

bacon date w fontina Gorgonzola and dressed greens  

Mediterranean w mint tahini roasted tomatoes and garlic and feta cheese

asparagus prosciutto w faux hollandaise Parmesan and dressed greens

All 3 are fantastic and very filling. You'll love them.

Celebratory Collaboration w Stringbean Coffee

Living Room "Evenings" start Friday, May 5!!

Join us Fridays from 4-8 as we host an evening crowd. We have a short yet compelling wine selection, a few beers in store and a small menu including flatbreads, salad, and a meat and cheese plate. 

weekly hours will be 4-8 pm every Friday.

Bread class=SUCCESS!

Nate had a blast teaching five spectacular students to make his baguette. 16 successful, beautiful golden loaves went home with hungry and newly knowledgeable students! Onward to bread land!

New Coffee: Kenya Mahiga AA

 We are proud to announce our newest addition to the pour-over bar: Kenya, Mahiga AA.  We find it to be full bodied, w stone fruit and cherry sweetness and a smooth crisp finish.  This is certainly one of the best coffees we have ever offered!  Come grab a cup today!

Bread making class

 Living Room Bread Class:  Sunday, March 5, 5:00pm

Learn to make our simple rustic baguettes the way Nate makes em!  This 2 hour hands on class will have students learn how to mix, knead, shape, and bake our classic baguette.  Participants will take home fresh bread at the end, and the confidence to tackle this project at home.  Light coffee and snacks will be available for participants.
