We started to make our own chewy, slightly sweet flatbreads recently. We are currently rocking 3 choices on the menu: 

bacon date w fontina Gorgonzola and dressed greens  

Mediterranean w mint tahini roasted tomatoes and garlic and feta cheese

asparagus prosciutto w faux hollandaise Parmesan and dressed greens

All 3 are fantastic and very filling. You'll love them.
